ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 23.07.2010 passed in W.P.No.14592 of 2008 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court, the second respondent has issued proceedings in R.No.49218/MP2/S1/2013 dated 09.12.2016 and a copy of the same has also been produced before this Court. 3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
