This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18364 of 2024 by order dated 01.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioners were unable to furnish sureties due to viral fever and also considering other aspects, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of another one month. Accordingly, ordered.
