ab 4.Since the dues of the respondent has been fully settled, this application has to be necessarily allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed, by raising the order of attachment dated 27.03.2018 passed by this Court in A.No.8085 of 2017.

5.Registry is directed to intimate this order to the concerned Court as well as to the concerned SRO in order to remove the attachment from the respective records.
