By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father while working as Assistant at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Adhamangalam, died in harness on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
18.11.2012 during his service and thereafter the petitioner's mother submitted an application on 12.11.2014 in the prescribed format along with the required certificates to the fourth respondent seeking appointment on compassionate ground, which was forwarded to the first respondent through the third respondent on 12.11.2014. But till date the same has been not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
3.Heard both sides.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2014 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
