2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the materials available on record.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents have no objection for this application being allowed.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants are permitted to execute the bond for grant of Letters of Administration and the time is extended by four weeks to execute the said bond.
