The petitioners herein been under the scanner of respondent police for cheating public by offering job in the Government service is before this Court stating that the police is harassing them and forcing them to pay money on or before 13.09.2024. Certain SMS Messages between the Special Sub Inspector of Police and the petitioners is enclosed along with this petition to emphasize that the petitioners been harassed by the Special Sub Inspector of Police.

2. However, from the materials placed by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that multiple complaints against this petitioners had been received for cheating and they are wanted in this case for proper investigation.

3. From the submissions made by Government Advocate (Crl.Side) it appears to avoid investigation, this petition is filed making false allegations against police. Hence, Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as devoid of merits.
