ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.26 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and to transfer the investigation to the 2nd respondent and to Reinvestigate the case and file the final report within the stipulated time.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report will be laid any time before the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Vellore.
