ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute which is pending before the learned Principal Sub-Court, Coimbatore in O.S.No.1053 of 2020 and before the learned Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore in O.S.No.1150 of 2020 on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022.

2. It is seen that the complaint lodged by this petitioner was enquired and closed by the 2nd respondent on 27.11.2023. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent unless any complaint is lodged against the petitioner and the 3rd respondent if any cognizance is made out. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn 3/4
