ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the First Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 25-11-2024 made O.S.No.80/2018 on the file of the IIIrd Additional District Judge, Gobichettipalayam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.08.2025 has been complied with and a memo dated 26.08.2025 has also been filed to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the delay is condoned. 28-08-2025 ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if the papers are otherwise in order.
