Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty and has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

Liberty is granted to file fresh Writ Petition, if any new cause of action arises between the petitioner and the 1st respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
