The Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's trust property stands in the name of Thethakudi Dharmasatram to an extent of 0.83 hectare in Survey No.107-2A and 0.40 hectare in survey no.107-2K2 in total 1.23 hectare, under the Patta bearing nos.9 and 494, situated at Tholuthur village in Thirukkuvalai Taluk in Nagapattinam District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file necessary online application for survey and demarcate the property and also pay the necessary fees, if required. On filing of such application, the respondents shall survey and demarcate the property after giving opportunity to the neighboring land owner if they have any objections over the property.
