With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Record Clerk through Employment Exchange on 04.05.1992 and then promoted as Bill Collector/Junior Assistant on 03.02.1997, since then she was working as Bill Collector in Perunthurai, Town Panchayat. In this background, the Director of Town Panchayat, Chennai in his proceedings dated 30.10.2015 stated that the case of the petitioner in the post of Bill Collector was not regularised by the Government.

The petitioner made representation dated 15.12.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2 through the third respondent for regularisation of her service. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since, it was not considered, the petitioner approached this Court by way of present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
