Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition filed an affidavit dated 14.07.2023, stating that they will not seek any concession, on the pretext of the welfare of the students and shall peacefully vacate the College voluntarily on the end of 07.09.2023.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition, this Contempt Petition is closed.
