Heard Mr.P.Subramani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 26.09.2019.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he is advised to do so.
