ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the Corporation states that an allotment has already been made for hawking to the husband and son of the petitioner and on the basis of the materials available then, the Implementation Committee rejected the request of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Corporation further states that now the Vending Committee has been constituted and if there is any further material the petitioner wants to place for reconsideration of the issue, the petitioner may approach the Vending Committee.

3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
