ORDER

Challenging the case in Crime No.147 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Proscutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Special Court, CCB CB CID, Egmore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.5167 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
