The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the first respondent in connection with the FIR in Crime No.296 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is a resident of Chennai, residing within the jurisdiction of the second respondent and he apprehends coercive action by the first respondent. Further, the petitioner is called for an enquiry in connection with the investigation in an F.I.R registered by the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He would further submit that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him to enable him to move to the appropriate jurisdictional Court in Maharashtra for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the 1/3

petitioner for a period of four weeks from today to enable them to move to the concerned Court.

5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate.
