The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant/Insurance Company would submit that the notices sent to the respondents were returned as 'no residence'. Despite much efforts, he could not serve notice on the respondents. Hence this petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on the respondents' (RR1 to 3) last known address by effecting paper publication in one issue of 'Dhina Malar', having wide circulation. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court on or before 11.10.2023. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
