ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed tto withdraw the case in DVA.No.147 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court trying cases under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani. 2.
The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case in DVA.No.147 of 2019 to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this criminal original petition is allowed and consequently, the case in DVA.No.147 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court trying cases under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani. Also, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
