2.Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, appears for the 2nd respondent and M/s.R.Sreevidhya, appears for the 5th respondent.

3.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1601 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 1601 days is condoned.

6.The name of the counsel for the respondents 1,3 and 4 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.

7.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 1601 days, the appellants will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
