[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The writ petition has been filed for Mandamus calling for respondents 1 to 3 to set the law in motion as against respondents 4 to 7 in respect of their unlawful and illegal construction encroaching the portions of 13th West Street in the process of putting a construction in Plot No.E 88, 13th West Street, Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-41 based upon the objection of the petitioner dated 17.07.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for respondents submitted that the said property was under lock and seal.

3.Since notice has already been issued for lock and seal to the above said premises, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, W.M.P. No.29911 of 2019 is closed. No costs.
