2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3. Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that it is not 29 days as stated by the petitioner in preferring the appeal. It is totally 110 days, according to the 2nd respondent. In any event, he can make his objection at the time of admission.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.T.Balaji for the 2nd respondent.
