ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the HMOP No. 229 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Tiruchirapalli to Family court, Tiruppur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living with two male child with her old parents. Hence she is not able to travel 200 kilometres to attend the Court proceedings. Therefore, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Considering the above, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable and also she is living with two child. Hence, the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli is directed to transfer HMOP No. 229 of 2022 to the Family Court, Tiruppur. Further, the Family Court, Tiruppur is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent. 4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
