This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.207 of 2008 on the file of the Addl.District Court (Fast Track

Court No. 1), Salem as per the order dated 05.02.2021 passed in the above appeal A.S.No. 70 / 2015 on 05.02.2021.

2. Heard Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the memo filed and taken note of the earlier order of this Court dated 28.08.2025, whereby this Court also directed notice to the respondent, Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.Kaithamalai Kumaran and print the name of the respondent, who has been served notice privately.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is ordered as prayed for and four (4) weeks time is granted from today.

5. For reporting compliance, list the matter on 07.04.2026. 10-03-2026 kak Note: Issue order copy on 12.03.2026.
