Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot a shop premises measuring 6 x 4 at Salem Bus Stand, Ammapet, Salem District in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.L8/0024/2018 dated 29.01.2018 and consequently to direct the respondents to fix reasonable rent and deposit payable by the petitioner for the shop premises. ORDER

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to allot a shop premises measuring 6 x 4 at Salem Bus Stand, Ammapet, Salem District in the light of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.L8/0024/2018 dated 29.01.2018 and consequently to direct the respondents to fix reasonable rent and deposit payable by the petitioner for the shop premises.

3.Though the petitioner has made several averments in the affidavit, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition, by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2018 and dispose the same strictly in accordance with the Government Orders as far as the allotment of shops are concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
