The petitioner/A3 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.157 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.It is stated that A1 and A2 were found in possession of 7.100 kgs of ganja and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2023. A1 and A2 have confessed that they have purchased the ganja from the petitioner herein. Based on their confession, the petitioner was arrested.

3.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that A1 and A2 were arrested near Gundrathur Government Higher Secondary School. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is the supplier of the Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 11.10.2023 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
