2. Taking into consideration the period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay, though opposed by other side. Application is allowed.

3. C.M.P.No.2796 of 2026 is filed for substitution of legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

4. Application is not opposed and allowed.

5. The cause-title be appropriately corrected to include the names of legal heirs of the deceased first respondent.
