This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.146 of 2017 dated 22.05.2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kodumudi Police Station, Erode District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" on 10.01.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
