This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.11003 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11937 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m., and appear before the trial Court on every hearing dates except unforeseen circumstances.
