This petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.05.2022 consequently to take action against one Thomas and his supporters.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was given by the petitioner to the respondent police on 31.05.2022 on certain allegations against one Thomas and his supporters alleging that they have brutally attacked and gave sexual torture to her.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case is taken on file and enquiry is pending.

4. Since the complaint has been given by the petitioner as early as on 31.05.2022, the respondent is directed complete the enquiry and do the needful within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
