This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 31.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4670 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.793 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
