No.377/3A, 3B and 338 totalling 2.18 acres with poultry sheds situate in Veppampatti Pudur at Elur Village, Namakkal Taluk and quash the same and thereby forbear the respondent from proceeding under the SARFAESI Act for the above properties.

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate forum and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:
