ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records made in Crime No.16 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Virudhachalam All Women Police Station, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District, the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.57 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi, Cuddalore District.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
