This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only), without prejudice to his right of defense, to the credit of Crime No.168 of 2022 in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24617 of 2022, dated 12.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.5 lakhs (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned, to the credit of Crime No.168 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
