This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 309 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard both sides. The first respondent filed counter objecting the allowing of the revision.

On perusal of the counter affidavit, the only objection is that he has suffered mental agony and torture, however, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to give fair opportunity to the parties to contest the matter on merits, this petition is ordered. 03.07.2025 dhk Note: Registry is directed the number the revision, it is otherwise in order.
