COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to withdraw the C.C.Nos.53 of 2018 and 577 of 2005 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem and learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri and transfer the same to the file of III Additional Sessions Court, Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Palanikumar in both Crl.O.Ps For Respondents: Mr.C.Iyyapparaj in both Crl.O.Ps Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petition have been filed to withdraw the C.C.Nos.53 of 2018 and 577 of 2005 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem and learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri and transfer the same to the file of III Additional Sessions Court, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. As against the petitioners and the respondents herein, 21 identical cases are pending in C.C.Nos.9 to 28 pf 2014 and C.C.No.45 of 2016 before the learned Sessions Judge, Chennai. Since the issue involved in the present complaints in C.C.Nos.53 of 2018 and 577 of 2005 is similar to that in other 21 cases and also owing to the fact that the purpose is one and the same, it would be convenient if both the matters heard together by the same III Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.

3. In the light of the above observations, there shall be a direction to transfer the proccedings in C.C.Nos.53 of 2018 and 577 of 2005 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem and learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri to the file of III Additional Sessions Court, Chennai and along with C.C.Nos.9 to 28 of 2014 and C.C.No.45 of 2016. The Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of accordingly, such process shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
