ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed seeking quashment of the recovery proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E15/6099/2023, 6096, 6098, 6095, 6102, 6084, 6097, 6085, 6100, 6101 dated 02.05.2025, Na.Ka.No.E15/255/2023, 13643, 13639, 13640, 13644 dated 20.05.2025 and Na.Ka.No.E15/6112/2023, 6107, 6110, 6106, 256, 6111, 6108, 6109, 6105, 6104, 6103, 13641, 13623, 8544, 13624, 8549, 8548, 13620, 13621, 13645, 13622 dated 21.05.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the consequential proceedings in 2/5
Na.Ka.No.E15/10043/2010 dated 03.06.2025, in the light of the orders passed in W.P.Nos.20331, 20343, 20346, 20348, 20349, 20029, 20033, 20037 and 20042 of 2024, and for a consequential direction for refund of the amount already recovered.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly submitted that all the impugned orders have been passed without conducting any enquiry and further submitted that the respondents would withdraw the same, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.

Recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the impugned orders dated 02.05.2025, 20.05.2025, 21.05.2025 and 03.06.2025 are quashed and the matter is remitted to the 2nd respondent for fresh consideration, who in turn, shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing fresh notice and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3/5
