Crl.M.P.No.14906 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.463 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court, on the petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., by order dated 14.08.2019 made in Crl.A.No.463/2019.

Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration and submission, the condition is modified to appear before the respondent police twice a Month on the first and third Monday of the Every Month at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.
