This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.78 of 2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the second respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.78 of 2022 on 16.02.2022, no final report is filed till date. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.

In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
