This application has been filed to stay all further proceedings in SOP No.225 of 2014 on the file of the District Judge, Coimbatore, pending disposal of A.No.933 of 2016.

2. In view of the transfer of SOP.No.225 of 2014 to the file of this Court, to be tried along with O.P.No.852 of 2015, there is no need for entertaining this application seeking stay of the further proceedings in SOP.No.225 of 2014.
