the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 1 and 4, notice to the respondents 1 and 4 is dispensed with.

4. The case of the petitioner is that, he made a representation dated 18.07.2023 before the respondents 1 to 3 to withdraw the approval to 4th respondent on unauthorised construction in petitioner's land. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition before this court for appropriate orders.

5. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
