Mr.Jayaprakashnarayanan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2019.

3. It seems that there is an enhancement of property tax in respect of the petitioner's property. Aggrieved against such enhancement, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 10.08.2019 before the respondent. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Therefore, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 10.08.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
