This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions which was imposed in Crl.OP.No.22585/2022 order dated 20.09.2022 in Cr.No.338/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
