Pending writ petition, the writ petitioner expired. Hence, the present application has been filed to substitute the wife and his children as a legal representative to prosecute the case.

3. Hence the application is allowed.

4. Issue notice to second respondent returnable by 04.11.2019. Private notice is also permitted.
