2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, by order dated 24.07.2025, this Court condoned the delay of 452 days on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- directly to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order, failing which the said order shall stand automatically cancelled.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner has not paid the said amount to the respondent till date. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent refused to receive the same.

4. In this regard, no appropriate application has been filed by the petitioner, and the order itself is self-working order. Hence, there is no necessity to list this matter any further.
