ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to visit the petitioner's plant and vehicle situated at Vellore and issue Quality Certificate to the petitioner to enable him to participate in the online tender scheduled to be held on 24.09.2024 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2024.

2. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with. Page No.2 of 4

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, though this writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to visit the petitioner's plant and vehicle situated at Vellore and issue Quality Certificate to the petitioner to enable him to participate in the online tender scheduled to be held on 24.09.2024 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2024, however, the Work Site Inspection Certificate was issued in favour of the petitioner on 22.09.2024. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
