JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated 04.08.2016 made in W.P.No. 27248 of 2016 by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

When this matter was called, Mr.D.Baskar learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent stated that the appeal has become infructuous since the 1st respondent has already received the compensation determined by the appellants for the land on which the appellants herein have erected the tower line. 3.

Recording the said statement, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
