No.85 of 2024 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the applicant, who claims that he signed a Standard Bare boat Chartered Party Agreement dated 11.07.2024 with the owners of the vessel MV RAHIMA, seeks to intervene. The suit is admittedly an admiralty action in rem. The plaintiff has no objection to this application being allowed. Mr.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.Josh Export Services, represented by its Proprietor, Joshua Anish, submits that he has also filed an application to intervene and that he has paid 50% of the sale consideration towards purchase of the vessel. This aspect would be considered when the said intervening application is numbered and listed. Meanwhile, this application is liable to be and is allowed as prayed for.
