This petition has been filed to modify the order of the condition that "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2022 and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready" made in Crl.O.P.No.24332 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was some loss in the petitioner's business and he is unable to mobilize the said deposit amount as ordered by this Court. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.160 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
