2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that by proceedings dated 05.07.2018 the petitioner's husband was put on notice about the demolition of the unauthorised construction and subsequently demolition had been carried out.

3. In such view of the matter, this contempt petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law, if he is still aggrieved. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed.
